Coordinate and correspond with Summit during construction and will review and comment on <br /> portions of the contractor's project schedule,requested modifications to the design,resolution <br /> of technical issues, review of payment applications, and evaluation of field or change orders <br /> pertaining to waterproofing and building exterior-repairs. <br /> 12. Attend the Pre-Final (Substantial Completion) Inspection and develop a punchlist of <br /> waterproofing and building exterior repair items that are incomplete or require repair. Attend <br /> Final Completion Inspection to confirin the completion of punchlist work. <br /> 13. Post Construction Phase: Review closeout documentation from the Contractor pertaining to <br /> waterproofing and building exterior repairs and provide As-Built Drawing sheets for inclusion <br /> in the record drawings etc. The As-Built Drawing sheets will be provided to Summit in <br /> electronic format(.pdf). <br /> Fee for Professional Services <br /> Based on our experience with similar projects,we are proposing the following engineering fee for <br /> the above proposed scope of design,bidding and construction administration services: <br /> Doc. Review and Fieldwork: $ 9,600 <br /> Design Development(25%CD): $ 3,510 <br /> Construction Document(75%): $ 6,450 <br /> Construction Document(100%): $ 2,500 <br /> Construction Document(Bid Documents) $ 1,200 <br /> Coordination Meetings During Design: $ 2,200 <br /> Bidding and Contract: $ 1,000 <br /> Construction Administration: $ 12,650 <br /> Post Construction: $ 800 <br /> Total Engineering Fee: $39,910 <br /> Breakdown of the above Engineering Fee by Facility is as follows: <br /> Whitted Complex: $ 12,410 <br /> Board of Elections: $ 10,600 <br /> Sheriffs Office: $ 9,050 <br /> Public Transportation: $ 7,850 <br /> Additional Services*: <br /> Coordination Meetings: $350 ea.by Phone/$750 ea.at Summit's Office <br /> Site Visit During Construction: $1,250 per visit <br /> Masonry Destructive Testing: Cost+ 1.2(Estimate of$3,500 recommended) <br /> *Addhional Services ivi11â–ºrat be performed iviihoul approval from Summit Design and Engineering Services. <br /> All fees shown are based upon the provision of our standard insurance coverages and payment <br /> terms not to exceed 90 days and not based on payment from the Owner.
