Four borings will be advanced to 5 feet in the Sheriff Parking Area to <br /> determine if supplemental gravel will be required. Borings will be terminated if auger <br /> refusal occurs. <br /> Transportation Building Site <br /> Task 1 - Due Qilinence I Schematic Design - Concept Report: <br /> SUMMIT will perform due diligence on the site including a field walk identifying <br /> problem areas. The information gathered at the field walk will be used to develop <br /> conceptual solutions. We will meet with appropriate staff to identify what is needed <br /> to meet present requirements and future needs as well for the two areas identified <br /> in yellow on the attached exhibit. This Report will identify problem areas and <br /> recommended solutions for the problems. <br /> Task 2 - Detailed Demon: <br /> SUMMIT will prepare sanitary sewer extension drawing t❑ submit to the Town of <br /> Hillsborough for approval with the Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit, <br /> We anticipate that the following permits will be required for the project and SUMMIT <br /> will prepare and submit the applications to be reviewed by each authority. <br /> a) Town of Hillsborough Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br /> o A sanitary sewer extension permit will be required for providing sanitary <br /> sewer to the administration building. <br /> This is the only permit anticipated at this time. If during the review process it is <br /> determined that other permits will be required, SUMMIT will assist as needed with <br /> those permits on a time-and-material basis or per are approved Change order. <br /> Task 3 - Contract Documents and Bid Assistance: <br /> Bid Administration - <br /> SUMMIT will prepare project specifications and bid documents. We will also <br /> assist in advertising the project, public bid opening, perform a bid review, <br /> prepare bid tabulations of the bids received, and submit a formal bid award <br /> recommendation to the County.
