4 <br /> Public Hearing Ordinance <br /> An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of Orange County <br /> Bold = Proposed Text <br /> StFil e Deleted Text <br /> Amend Article 6 . 29 . 2 DESIGN REVIEW PROCESS as follows : <br /> Before any new site development may be undertaken in an Economic Development <br /> District , a site plan must be approved and a zoning compliance permit issued in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Article 14 (Site Plan Approval Procedures ) of this <br /> Ordinance . Prior to submission of an application for site plan approval , applicants will be <br /> required to meet with representatives of the Planning and Inspections , and Economic <br /> Development Departments to identify policies , procedures , . regulations , and fees <br /> applicable to development proposals . <br /> Plans for development proposals in an Economic Development District will be reviewed by <br /> the Planning and Inspections Department staff for compliance with the standards <br /> contained in the following section . Such review will also be carried out in accordance with <br /> the provisions of Article 14 . 3 ( Site Plan Review) of this ordinance .
