3 <br /> Bret Bocook spoke about the advantage of restaurants in the area . He said that hotels <br /> were off- peak traffic generators . He said that the proposal was to have hotels in the front with <br /> some restaurants and then offices in the back portion to keep it self contained . He also said <br /> that if a buffer were required for each building , it would be a disincentive for a developer to set <br /> aside a larger tract of land for open space . <br /> Bill Anderson pointed out that the new residential development was predominantly in the <br /> northeast quadrant .
