Board of Commissioners - 2 <br /> b . Hillsborough Town Board - 2 <br /> c . Orange County Planning Board - 2 <br /> d . Hillsborough Planning Board - 2 <br /> e . Orange County EDC - 2 <br /> 2 . Citizens will be encouraged to come and <br /> participate , but representation will be limited <br /> to the above groups ; and citizens will be given <br /> � I <br />
