This district will be applied in the Hillsborough Area Economic <br /> Development District . <br /> b . This district shall only be applied where water and sewer are available <br /> at the site or are to be made available to the site as part of the <br /> development approval process . <br /> ( 4 ) Interconnectivity between parcels . All parcels shall provide for <br /> interconnectivity between parking areas if determined necessary by staff. <br /> ( D ) ED - LNR Economic Development — Linear Office District <br /> ( 1 ) Purpose . The ED - LNR District is intended to accommodate low to <br /> moderately intense medical , professional , administrative and government <br /> office on small to mid - sized sites . The district is intended to be located on <br /> the periphery of established residential areas and along major and minor <br /> thoroughfares . The district is established to provide convenient locations <br /> for offices , the size and operating characteristics of which require limited <br /> parking and which generate little traffic .
