No drive through facilities may be constructed in this district . <br /> ( 4 ) Interconnectivity between parcels . All parcels shall provide for <br /> interconnectivity between parking areas if determined necessary by staff. <br /> ( C ) ED - FLX Economic Development - Office/ Flex District <br /> ( 1 ) Purpose . The ED - FLX District is intended to accommodate a wide range of <br /> assembling , fabricating and light manufacturing activities , and such <br /> ancillary industrial activities as warehousing and distribution . Some <br /> commercial services are also permitted accessory to industrial <br /> development provided all access is provided internally .
