A decision on this type of consideration is probably crucial <br /> to the compilation of the report and possibly needs clarification prior to <br /> the report being written . <br /> The coordination of park planning should lead to a county-wide master <br /> plan that would naturally consist of an action plan for implementation . <br /> The master park action plash would require interlocal agreement as to <br /> its funding and implementation schedule .
