This system reimburses childcare facilities that meet a higher <br /> license level at a higher rate of reimbursement. <br /> • Training for childcare providers is planned and coordinated each year because <br /> teacher credentials are directly related to quality childcare programs for <br /> children . <br /> • Technical assistance is offered to childcare providers to enable them to <br /> participate in the DSS Child Care Subsidy Program . <br /> • DSS makes site visits to all new providers who enroll in the program to assure <br /> quality programs <br /> HUM 14b Involve parents in total process through classes and hand on experience <br />
