The system was <br />installed on August 4, 2000 by a registered septic contractor and inspected by this office. The design flow of the <br />system is unaffected by the proposed use. <br />On September 1 S, 2000 this office issued a permit to drill a new well which was approved on November 27, 200( <br />Subsequently, a bacteriological water sample was taken from the well, and the test results were satisfactory. <br />CC: Betty Davidson <br />
