Adjourn to Open Session <br /> <br />Jennifer Deyo motioned to move from closed to open session and Jessica Frega <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> <br />X. Board Comments. <br /> <br />The Board indicated they wanted to ensure that they are very supportive to Ms. Stewart and that <br />Ms. Stewart had access to any training opportunities she required. Ms. Stewart affirmed that <br />she felt supported. The Board also mentioned that they wanted to make certain that Ms. <br />Stewart had a balance between life and work given all that Ms. Stewart has accomplished so far <br />in her time as health director, while prefacing that they didn’t see any signs of burnout but were <br />just being proactive. <br /> <br />Jennifer Deyo thanked Timothy Smith for his service as Chair. Mr. Smith wished Happy <br />Holidays to everyone. <br /> <br /> <br />XI.
