FINANCIAL IMPACT: Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding <br />for the provision of County services. Existing staff, included in the Departmental staffing budget, <br />will accomplish the work required to process this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Director recommends the Planning Board: <br />1. Review the proposed amendments to the UDO, <br />2. Deliberate on the proposal as desired, <br />3. Consider the Planning Director’s recommendation(s), and <br />4. Make a recommendation to the BOCC on: <br />a. The Statement of Consistency for proposed UDO Text Amendment(s) (Attachment <br />3), and <br />b. Proposed UDO Text Amendment(s) (Attachment 4). <br />in time for the March 10, 2020 Public Hearing. <br /> 12
