On a related note, look into wastewater <br />biosolids from upstream Haw jurisdictions being applied in Orange <br />County. <br />x Work to ensure that the Upper Neuse River Basin Association and <br />the NC Division of Water Resources include a broad toolbox of <br />potential nutrient reduction activities for Falls Lake – including land <br />conservation, an area Orange County has invested significantly. <br />x Long-term water supply independence (for drinking water, <br />agriculture and other needs) in light of future climate change <br />impacts.
