Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2019-20 Human Services Performance Agreement Exhibit A <br /> The Town will reimburse Orange County for the services described below in accordance with the terms <br /> and conditions of this Performance Agreement, dated �.5+ , 2020 and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> Agency Name: <br /> Orange County <br /> Program Name: <br /> The Mildred Council Annual Community Dinner <br /> Funding Award Amount: <br /> $1,000 <br /> Semi-Annual Reports due January 17,2020 and July 10, 2020 <br /> Program Description: <br /> Please describe in one sentence the services the agency will be performing during the FY2019-20. <br /> The Mildred Council Annual Community Dinner Committee, under the supervision of the Orange County <br /> Department of Human Rights and Relations,will host its 23`d Annual Community Dinner celebrating our <br /> community's rich cultural diversity through food and entertainment and involving close to 700 people <br /> on Sunday,April 26 at 1:00pm at the Mc Dougle School Cafeteria in Carrboro. <br /> Website www.communitydinner.org <br /> Expenditures: <br /> Please outline how the agency will spend the Town of Chapel Hill funding award based on your FY2019- <br /> 20 Outside Agency Application. <br /> Expenditures(provide itemized list) Amount <br /> Underwriting of tickets for economically challenged families and persons with disabilities $400 <br /> Payment of sound engineer who will manage the entertainment $200 <br /> Expenses of local performing artists at the event $400 <br />
