Third Action: <br />1. The application shall be placed on the Board of County Commissioners agenda within <br />90 days of the Planning Board recommendation. <br />2. The Board shall consider the application within a reasonable amount of time. <br />3. During deliberations and consideration of the application the Board may defer <br />consideration at any point to pursue additional analysis and review. <br />4. If the Preliminary Plat is approved by the County Commissioners the applicant shall <br />have one (1) year to prepare and file a Final Plat or to request a one -year extension <br />from the Planning Director. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: A Fiscal Impact Analysis is included as an attachment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Administration <br />Denial, in accordance with the attached Resolution of Denial. <br />_Planning Board <br />Denial, in accordance with the attached Resolution of Denial. <br />Planning Staff <br />Denial, in accordance with the attached Resolution of Denial. <br />
