Yes No. If yes, the amended date of substantial <br />completion is: <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Full Description of Change: This change request includes the following: <br />This work is required to complete the installation of a new 3 phase panel at the Orange County Emergency Operation Center. This <br />includes removal existing 400 amp 1/0 phase electrical service. Furnishing and installing 400 amp 3/0 phase main breaker 42 circuit <br />Nema 3R electrical panel. Removal of existing 400 1/0 phase meter base. Furnishing and installing 400 amp 3/0 phase meter base. <br />Disconnect existing conduits and wiring from panel. Remove existing conduits and wiring from meter base to electrical panel. Electrical <br />Reconnect all conduits and wiring required for new electrical panel and meter base. <br /> <br /> <br />Reason for Change: During the electrical connection portion of the HVAC equipment it was discovered that the existing 2nd meter and <br />Power Panel #2 was only a single phase. During further investigation it was discovered that the wire from the transformer to the meter <br />was three phase wiring, but not connected at the transformer leg, and the existing meter would not support the third leg.
