Said $50,000 School Building Bond Anticipation Notes, and all other indebtedness <br />heretofore contracted in the current fiscal year, do not exceed two-thirds of the amount by which <br />the outstanding indebtedness of the County of Orange was reduced in the preceding fiscal year. <br />Section 5. The action of the County Attorney in applying to the Local Government Commission <br />for the approval, advertisement and sale of said notes be and the same is hereby ratified. <br />Commissioner Stanford moved the passage of the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $50,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES" and Commissioner <br />Walker seconded the motion and the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners C. D. Jones, Henry S. Walker, R, J. M. Hobbs, Donald M. Stanford <br />and Donald R. Agriculture Agents. <br />The following road petitions were presented and the Clerk was requested to mail same <br />to the State Hi.ghray Commission. <br />Road runs from railroad north in West Hillsboro and is known as Hurray Avenue a portion <br />of same is unnamed. <br />Road runs from old h10 highway back to old ii10 highway, same is a loop road and is known <br />as the Orange Heights road. <br />Read runs from intersection of Dimocks 3111 road at bridge to and of paving at water plant <br />and is known as old /flO Hwy. from Hillsboro to Efland.
