The developer shall submit documentation granting the use of public water and sewer services prior to <br />4 filing for preliminary plat approval. <br />5 10. The preliminary plat shall indicate areas for on-site infiltration of storm water that demonstrates <br />6 " compliance with Article d.23.3a of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />7 11. Moon pointed out (on <br />37 the plan) that the proposal provided an internal pedestrian corridor_system including designated crosswalks. <br />38 <br />39 Allison asked how this project would match up to the subdivisions to the west of the site such as Richmond <br />40 Hills,'and asked about the potential road connection from Benwich Lane to the Tinnin Road network. <br />41 McAdams also asked about the Benwich Lane stubaut. Benedict said that there were no plans to extend <br />42 Tinnin, but that the Ashwick design provides for a future link from Benwich to a private road to the <br />43 northwest. <br />44 <br />45 Selkirk asked about access to the McGowan Creek public recreation area. Moon explained that access would <br />46 be from the north and would not interfere with the daily activities at the subdivision. <br />47 <br />48 Phil Post, the project engineer and agent for Perry's Construction Company, said that they were in total <br />49 agreement with the staff stipulations. Post offered to answer any technical questions, particularly about <br />50 water lines and fire hydrants. <br />51 <br />37 Holtkamp asked for a list of all of the developments in the Cheeks area, approved and proposed.
