She <br /> 43 said the environmental assessment would happen after staff puts out an RFP, most likely in the <br /> 44 spring, and once the assessment is received, staff will have time to fully digest the content prior <br /> 45 to holding a public information session. <br /> 46 Commissioner Dorosin said the language is awkward. He clarified that there is no <br /> 47 actual time limit between the report being completed and the staff holding a public information <br /> 48 session. <br /> 49 Chair Rich said staff hopes it can do a review within two months, at a minimum. <br />
