Elin Court is located off the southern side of Orange <br />High School Road 0.11-mile west of Miller Road in Elin Court Subdivision, Hillsborough Township. <br />Elin Court Subdivision (approved by the Town of Hillsborough in March 1994) is in the Town of <br />Hillsborough's Extra Territorial Jurisdiction. <br />Jacobs Trail St. James Court: Residents of Jacobs Trail (11 homes) and St. James Court (4 <br />homes); in Eagles Chase Subdivision, have petitioned NCDOT to accept maintenance <br />responsibilities for those roads. Eagles Chase Subdivision, approved by the Board in 1988, is <br />located off the east side of Ode Turner Road (SR 1130), Hillsborough Township. <br />Hathawax,Lane: Residents of Hathaway Lane (7 homes), in Blackwood Forest Subdivision, have <br />petitioned NCDOT to accept maintenance responsibilities for those roads. Blackwood Forest <br />Subdivision, approved by the Board in 1987, is located off the north side of Mr. Sinai Road <br />(SR 1718), Chapel Hill Township. <br />Fieldview Road Field Court Pine Forest Lane: Residents of Fieldview Road (15 homes), Field <br />Court (4 homes) and Pine Forest Lane (7 homes), in Fieldview Subdivision, have petitioned <br />NCDOT to accept maintenance responsibilities for those roads. Fieldview Subdivision, approved <br />by the Board in 1998, is located off Frazier Road (SR 1342), Cheeks Township. Phases 1 through <br />3 of Fieldview Subdivision are located on the west side of Frazier Road; Phases 4 through 7 are <br />located on the east side of Frazier Road. Fieldview Road, Field Court and Pine Forest Lane were <br />constructed in Phases 1 - 3. <br />
