Any pathway planning rounds(if conducted) <br /> In-person interviews will be conducted with the medical team and others to gain a sense of the Flow <br /> of the animals,typical length-of-stay,types of medical cases,and general sense of medical capacity. <br /> The veterinary health care manager,veterinary health care technician,and medical staff(contract) <br /> veterinarians will be observed during their daily activities and interviewed in-person. <br /> I <br /> The conversations will include understanding the fallowing areas: <br /> a. The roles and responsibilities of each position <br /> b. The types of cases that are typically seen <br /> c, The level of experience each position requires and the prerequisites to conducting their roles <br /> with satisfaction <br /> d.
