<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Travel Video NC <br />Video Production Services <br /> <br /> <br />Proposal for Orange County Economic Development <br /> <br />Thank you for considering Travel Video NC as part of your marketing program. We’re excited <br />about the prospect of producing videos for Orange County Economic Development. Here’s <br />some guidelines about what to expect during the production process. <br /> <br />Budget <br />We are proposing a budget of $15,000 for two short-form videos. This would cover the <br />production shoot, post-production editing, motion graphic production, and delivery of final <br />product. <br /> <br />If we are awarded the project, this is the process that we would follow: <br /> <br />Pre-Production <br />We’ll set up a conference call to discuss scheduling. We’ll brainstorm ideas about the topics and <br />locations to be covered, and develop a shot list. And we’ll talk about the different approaches to <br />the videos and how best to present the message that you want to deliver. <br /> <br />When the shooting date approaches, we ask that you make initial contact with all those <br />involved. We will need to have all interviews scheduled in advance. <br /> <br />Production <br />We would plan to spend 3 days filming in your area. We’ll meet with you upon arrival to go over <br />the shot list and schedule. You’re welcome to spend all or part of the time with us. This can be <br />very helpful, as we may need to rearrange things on the fly. <br />We do ask that you assist us by providing accommodations, typically two room-nights. <br /> <br />Post Production <br />All videos have background music, and there are numerous websites where royalty-free music <br />can be purchased for this purpose. We will make some suggestions and guide you through a <br />selection of the music. <br /> <br />We will edit the videos and send you the first proofs, usually within 2 weeks after the shoot. We <br />will then make all reasonable changes you desire, and send you a second proof. If there are <br />major changes after the second proof, then additional editing charges may apply.
