The contract is for her to provide all <br />of the community engagement portions of the plan to include scheduling multiple community <br />meetings, gathering feedback, and providing analysis of qualitative data. <br /> <br />Are we able to waive the insurance requirement for this contract? <br /> <br />Thank you,
