The BOCC will be working with the school systems over the coming months to <br />determine,the extent to which the projected capital needs can be addressed through County <br />general obligation bonds, pay-as-you-go revenues, an other financing mechanisms. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review the surveys and <br />authorize the Chair to sign the cover ,pages of each. <br /> <br />
