46 <br /> 12. The Tenant shall be responsible for the locking of doors in and to the Rented Space. Any damage <br /> resulting from neglect of this obligation shall be paid by Tenant. <br /> 13. All persons entering or leaving the Building may be required to identify themselves to watchman by <br /> registration or otherwise, and to establish their right to enter or leave the Building. <br /> 14. No person or persons, other than employees of the Building, shall be employed by Tenant for the <br /> purpose of cleaning or taking care of the Rented Space without the written consent of Landlord. Any person <br /> or person so employed by Tenant(with the written consent of Landlord) shall be subject to and under the <br /> control and direction of, Landlord in the use of the Building and its facilities. <br /> 15. Landlord reserves all vending rights. <br /> 16. No part of the Building shall be used or in any way appropriated for gambling, immoral or other unlawful <br /> practices, and no intoxicating beverages or liquors shall be sold in Building. <br /> 17. The Tenant shall not do or permit to be done in the Rented Space or at the Europa Center, or bring or <br /> keep anything in or on the Rented Space of the Building, which shall in any way increase the rate of fire <br /> insurance on the Building, or on the property kept in the Building, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of <br /> other Tenants or in any way injure or annoy them, or conflict with the laws relating to fires, or with the <br /> regulations of the Fire Department, or any part of these laws, or conflict with any rules and ordinances of the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> 18. Tenant shall not, without Landlord's prior written consent, after full disclosure, keep, use, store, or <br /> dispose of,substances designated as or containing components designated as hazardous,dangerous,toxic <br /> or harmful and/or subject to regulation under any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, on or <br /> around the Rented Space. <br /> 19. Concealed weapons are strictly prohibited. <br /> 24.
