<br /> <br />6 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES – Transportation Administration <br />Building <br />FEE <br />TASK 1 – Due Diligence / Schematic Design - Concept Report $1,500 <br />TASK 2 – Detailed Design $2,200 <br />TASK 3 – Contract Documents and Bid Assistance $1,000 <br />Atlas Engineering Including 15% markup $9,000 <br />Geotechnical $4,000 <br />Surveying $6,000 <br />Sanitary Sewer Certification $1,000 <br />Cumming Cost Estimating $2,000 <br />TOTAL FEES $26,700 <br /> <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Rate Schedule and <br />General Conditions, as attached hereto. The total fees for all four projects is <br />$162,000. <br />CONCLUSION <br />This document may serve as an Owner-Consulting Engineers Agreement. Included <br />in the agreement are the standard Hourly Rate Schedule and Conditions of the <br />Agreement.
