1 <br />(f) As used in this Agreement, the masculine shall include <br />the feminine and neuter, and vice versa; the singular shall <br />include the plural and the plural shall include the singular, as <br />the context may require. <br />7. CLOSING: All parties agree to execute any and all <br />documents and papers necessary in connection with the closing <br />and transfer of title to the Property on or before June 29, 2001 <br />in Hillsborough, North Carolina ("closing Date"). <br />8.
