OWASA <br /> Executive Director Ed Kerwin will also be available at the meeting to provide information and <br /> respond to questions. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with receiving the presentation. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br /> with this item. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation <br /> as information and provide any feedback as necessary. <br />
