DocuSign Envelope ID: 1A950127-EA02-456B-93CC-6028E65D4AA9
Community Empowerment Fund
JULY 1 2019 ESTIMATE No.0108 INVOICE Prepared for OCPEH
1. OC Connect - System Development
1A. Curated Resource Lists
These lists will be made available to users and/or the public and include collections of specific
resources from the Resource Database. They will be automatically updated when any resource
in the database is updated.
1B. Private Resources
This will allow our system to create resources that are available to users of OC Connect via
login but not accessible to the public.
1 C.Additional Development Projects
Additional development priorities emerge and will be prioritized in partnership with the
Coordinated Entry Planning Team.Categories of development include but are not limited to:
adding or adjusting fields/listviews/system routing, improving data capabilities and reporting
dashboards, building/modifying systems that support inter-agency communication and
collaboration, updating the system to meet emerging requirements and best-practices.
2.Ongoing Access and Support
2A. Unique User Logins
This cost is paid directly to Salesforce.com to allow the system to expand access via unique
logins for each partner. This increases the security and integrity of the platform while
expanding the platform's potential for inter-agency collaboration.
2B. New User Registration and Service
Support for the creation of new users in the system, including ongoing support for those uses,
including troubleshooting, password resets, and referral to appropriate resources.
2C. Data Verification and Updating
The resources have been compiled from CEF's internal Resource Database and combined with
databases used by our partners. Our team of over 160 Volunteer Advocates is trained to actively
use the resource database and report any inconsistencies or necessary updates. In addition,
CEF's Staff works with a team of Advocates and CEF Staff to annually comb through the
resources and verify/update the information.
2D. Supporting Integrations of OC Connect and NCCARE360
Discern the best ways to integrate resources offered through NCCARE360 in coordination
with OC Connect and coordinated entry and develop tools/systems to support that integration.
Community Empowerment • • • 11 1 • •
