<br /> <br />Page 16 of 16 <br />6.0 SOW ACCEPTANCE <br />This Statement of Work “SOW” is governed by the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement “MSA” <br />between XenTegra, LLC and Orange County Government (the “Agreement”). Any conflict between the Agreement <br />and this SOW will be resolved in favor of this SOW. This Statement of Work, upon being executed by both <br />XenTegra and the Client, constitutes the entire contract between the parties hereto with respect to price, work, <br />material, goods, and Services specified herein.
