(Note: all repairs and/or <br />improvements will be an extra and carried out at our usual “time and material” rates and <br />will be in addition to the contract price.) Not to exceed $1,000.00 plus 7.5% tax per <br />building. <br /> <br />Gutter cleaning of several buildings: <br /> <br />Several buildings require thorough gutter cleaning and we propose to perform this task at our <br />T&M of $150.00/hr. for two men crew not to exceed $1,600.00 <br />The buildings included are: Historic Courthouse, Norwood Jones Law Office, Dickson <br />House, Doctor’s Office, and Public Bathrooms. <br /> <br /> <br />Dickson House: <br /> <br />The rear South-West roof area has numerous rotten wood shingles that would need replacement. <br />Unfortunately, it does not appear to have been installed per manufacture recommendations and <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 593EDFC4-A972-4D96-BD03-E803567B7835
