Charts 1-A and 2-A <br />pertain to zoning districts in which the minimum lot size is 40,000 sq. ft.; Charts 1-B and 2-B <br />pertain to zoning districts or overlay districts in which the maximum density is 1 dwelling unit <br />per 2 acres. <br />1. Chart 2-A exhibits how the sliding scale applies to a 24-acre tract of land where the <br />minumum lot size is 40,000 sq. ft.. The minimum amount of land required for. a 12-lot <br />subdivision, using the sliding scale; is the acreage required for 1-acre lots with 50% open <br />space (24 acres).
