13 <br />SECTION 2d: DELETE REQUIREMENT THAT PAVED PRIVATE ROADS MEET NCDOT PAVING <br />STANDARDS. STANDARDS FOR PRIVATE ROADS, Surface Materials, IS AMENDED BY <br />DELETING THE FIRST PARAGRAPH. <br />Surface Materials <br />##iclr~e) Fr~eefa~ <br />Acceptable material for surfacing the travelway is Aggregate Base Course <br />(commonly called "crusher run").
