<br /> <br />Version 08262019 Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br />Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />PURPOSE: <br /> <br />The purpose of this service agreement is to ensure the Manufacturer's recommended preventative <br />maintenance and service is performed on your HVAC equipment and components. Proper maintenance <br />will insure efficient and effective equipment operation. <br /> <br />CUSTOMER PHONE SUPPORT: <br /> <br />Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. will provide phone support from certified HVAC Technicians during <br />normal business hours. (M-F: 8am – 5pm excluding holidays) Phone support will allow your on-site <br />employees to call for assistance with routine operation or basic troubleshooting. <br /> <br />AFTER HOURS SUPPORT: <br /> <br />Emergencies can and usually happen when you least expect them and many times on the weekends or <br />after 5:00 PM. It is very important to Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. to provide support in all <br />emergency situations for all of our customers. We have technicians available 24-7-365 via our <br />emergency answering service. You can utilize this service in an after-hours emergency situation by <br />calling: <br />(855) 761-HVAC (4822) <br /> <br />After receiving the call, our technician will first attempt to solve the issue via phone support. If the <br />problem persists, we will discuss the urgency with you and dispatch a service technician to your site <br />upon your approval. <br /> <br />In the event of an emergency, Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. will respond to your <br />need via phone support within 1 hour.
