In the event any terms <br />of any other purchase order or project contract documents conflict with or add to the attached Terms and <br />Conditions, those other terms are rejected by Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. Furthermore, this Proposal is <br />contingent upon final approval of the Hoffman Credit Department and may be rescinded in the Company’s sole <br />discretion. <br />Proposal price will remain firm for a period of 30 days. On-site safety training and drug testing is not included in <br />proposal unless noted. <br />Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. will invoice quarterly in advance.
