<br /> <br />Version 08262019 Page 7 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL: <br />x The Owner reserves the right to competitively bid equipment repair and/or replacement. <br />x Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. personnel will comply with all Owner policies and <br />procedures. <br />x Additional work to be approved only by Owner authorized representative. <br />x Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. personnel will be qualified and certified as needed to <br />perform the work listed in this Service Agreement. <br />x All materials and supplies will meet Manufacturer's specifications. <br />x All work will be completed in a timely manner and will include clean-up. <br />x Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. will provide the Owner with a preventative maintenance/log <br />sheet for each piece of equipment inspected. Along with the Field Report, the log sheet will <br />provide comprehensive information about the work performed and equipment condition. <br />x Unless otherwise noted, Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, Inc. will provide all <br />supplies/material/tools required to perform the preventative maintenance, service, and <br />inspections listed in the contract. <br />x The owner will be provided with all EPA required Refrigerant Management information. <br />x All work performed will be warranted for 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts. <br /> <br />GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: <br />x Repairs – All repairs (labor and material) shall be performed as Time and Material and/or <br />quoted price outside the scope of this agreement. <br />x Overtime and/or premium time such as nights, weekends, and holidays. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 4EBCEE15-C560-4E89-8C87-EA0F43F3CA6D
