This proposal includes our <br />understanding of the project information, proposed scope of services, fee for professional services, <br />and proposed schedule. <br /> <br />Project Information <br /> <br />Our understanding of the project is based on information provided in the original Request for <br />Qualifications, a pre-proposal meeting with you to discuss the projects, and documents provided <br />for our preliminary review (property information and available facility documents). <br /> <br />The Motor Pool is located at 600 Highway 86 <br />North in Hillsborough, North Carolina. The <br />generally one-story building was constructed in <br />1996 and includes approximately 11,000 <br />square feet of steep-sloped asphalt-shingled <br />roof system that is expected to have been <br />original to the building. Information regarding <br />the roof structure was not available at this time. <br /> <br />Atlas Engineering has been requested to submit <br />a proposal for providing design, bidding, and construction administration <br />services for the replacement of the identified roof. <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br /> <br />The following is our proposed scope of services for design, bidding assistance, and construction <br />administration phases: <br /> <br />Roof Replacement Design: <br />1. Review available original and building addition construction documents, technical reports, <br />maintenance records, and repair history as provided by the Owner.
