August 22 , 2001 <br /> MOTION : Aldridge moved approval of the August 22 , 2001 minutes . <br /> Georgiade seconded the motion . <br /> VOTE : Unanimous . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #5 : ITEMS FOR DECISION <br /> a . Lands Legacy Action Plan for 2002 -2003 <br /> Shaw explained the importance of advisory board , input into the Lands Legacy Action Plan process <br /> and encouraged the HPC to discuss and recommend ideas for cultural and archaeological sites that <br /> could be included in the 2002 -2003 Action Plan process . The plan will identify natural and cultural <br /> areas that the County will work on protecting through land acquisition or other means during . fiscal <br /> year 2002 -2003 . Once the various advisory boards identify and recommended specific projects , <br /> ERCD staff develop a draft Annual Action Plan for the Board of County Commissioners as part of <br /> their retreat materials in December .
