Medical oversight <br /> (a) Grantee shall designate a representative of Grantee to <br /> attend and participate in regular meetings of the <br /> Orange County EMS Peer Review Committee. , <br /> (b) Grantee shall monitor and comply with any online <br /> medical direction for operating within EMT-P systems. <br /> (c) Grantee shall comply with the Grantor' s plan for <br /> Medical Oversight and Written Treatment Protocols. <br /> (d) Grantee shall comply with the Grantor' s written plan <br /> to address management of the EMS System including: <br /> I . the triage of Patients to appropriate facilities <br /> II . transport of Patients to facilities outside o <br /> the system <br /> III . arrangements for transporting Patients to <br /> appropriate facilities when diversion or bypass <br /> plans are activated; <br /> IV. a mechanism for reporting, monitoring and <br /> establishing standards for system response times; <br /> 13 <br />
