Tina Moon , Preservation Planner <br /> Guest : None <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 : CALL TO ORDER <br /> Vice chairman. Flowers called the meeting to order at approximately 7 : 05 p . m. (Golan arrived late) . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2 : CONSIDERATIONS OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> Moon announced two upcoming lectures , which would satisfy the training requirement for the CLG <br /> program. The first , included in the informational items in the agenda , is a lecture by Barbara Church of <br /> the architectural history branch of NCDOT scheduled for April 22 . nd . The program, sponsored by the <br /> Preservation Alliance of Hillsborough, is called "William Nichol ' s Contribution to Architecture in <br /> Hillsborough . " The second talk, on Rosenwald schools , will be given by Thomas Hanchett, another well- <br /> known historian . The program is being held in Charlotte on April 27d'. <br /> The HPC discussed possible appointments for the commission . Staff to submit a name for <br /> recommendation to BOCC for appointment . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #3 : CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4 : APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> a .
