Moon thanked everyone for <br /> attending and introduced the guests . Golan invited Commissioner Jacobs to make any opening remarks . <br /> Commissioner Jacobs commented on how important the HPC ' s work is and that the BOCC is genuinely <br /> concerned with HPC issues . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2 : CONSIDERATIONS OF ADDITIONS TO, AGENDA <br /> AGENDA ITEM 0 : APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> a. October 25 , 2000 <br /> MOTION : Golan moved approval ; Allison seconded the motion . <br /> VOTE : Unanimous . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4 : CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> Golan shared a newspaper article , with the commission, regarding the recent fire at the Cedar Grove <br /> Methodist Church and commented on the loss of this important historic landmark . <br /> Golan called for Mr. Singleton ' s remarks , as Mr .
