<br /> �14 (aBowdoin Mill, has been silent for years , forward with plans to redevelop the mill complex. But
<br /> Topsham, ME its buildings battered by when a fire broke out in November of 1998 , many of
<br /> time, weather and vandalism, the mill's structures were destroyed. Happily, the main
<br /> portion of the mill was saved and the developer moved
<br /> ahead with the project. Some office and retail space is
<br /> _- now available, and a restaurant/Microbrewery has opened.
<br /> 1998 Mesa Verde Problems arising from FAVORABLE In May, 1999 , Save America' s Treasures granted Mesa
<br /> National Park, CO chronically inadequate Verde $3 .2 million in federal funds and matching gifts,
<br /> funding were compounded which will help stabilize and conserve the archaeological
<br /> ;g 7;' when a fire damaged some sites sites at the park. Additionally, the National Park Service

<br /> employees to handle regular maintenance at the site.
