CONSIDERATIONS OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> AGENDA ITEM #39. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> a. August 25 , 1999 <br /> MOTION : Rich moved to approve the minutes for August 25 , 1999 . Seconded by Connor . <br /> VOTE : Unanimous , <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4 : CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> Allison noted the ongoing projects of the publication of a manuscript about the history & architecture of <br /> Orange County, the study of St. Mary ' s Corridor and how the HPC can impact preservation of the <br /> corridor, the White Oak Grove School local designation any other item that may come up . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #5 : Welcome to New Members : <br /> Chairman Allison welcomed new member Rob Golan to the Historic Preservation Commission and <br /> described goals and objectives of the HPC . It was noted staff had not heard from Brad Lessler regarding <br /> attendance . Staff was requested to put together a new member packet of information including the <br /> Historic Preservation Element booklet, and other background information such as study list for eligible <br /> sites . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #6 : White Oak Grove School Discussion <br /> Stancil reported that the representatives from White Oak Grove School had called to be excused from the <br /> evening agenda. Iris Chapman requested the discussion on possible Local Landmark Designation to be <br /> held after they have a community meeting and, asked for assistance with a meeting to rebuild community <br /> Lasted updated 09/30/99 1 <br />
