Williams & Associates is a freelance book design and production studio located in Durham, North <br /> Carolina. The studio has been providing book publication services to publishers and private foundations <br /> since 1988 . <br /> With a staff of three, supplemented by a pool of experienced freelancers, B . Williams & Associates plans and <br /> coordinates book projects from manuscript through the delivery of finished books . This includes editorial, <br /> design, and typesetting work, as well as managing printing and binding. While we do not specialize in <br /> marketing and distribution, we can asivise groups about these concerns . We do help private publishers register <br /> with the Library of Congress and with R. R. Bowker when needed to expedite bookstore sales. <br /> By participating in each stage of a book's production, we help independent publishers produce high quality <br /> books which will endure for years to come. We take special pride in our work on historical projects because <br /> these works are so important to their communities .
