Please note that all prices are based on a manuscript of approximately 102 pages and 175 halftones (includes photos and memorabilia collected from citizens) , producing 144 final typeset - book pages . An optional quotation is provided in case the materials warrant an additional 16 pages . Note that client alterations to proofs and die charges are not included. We suggest that for budgetary purposes, you allow an additional 10% to 15 % of your total pre-press cost for proof t alterations . Die charges for the book cover and spine are based on the intricacy of the design. Die charges can range from $250 . 00 to $ 1 ,200 . 00 .
