He welcomed Tom <br /> Magnuson and Judy Frank . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2 : CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> None . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #3 : APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> a . January 5 , 1999 <br /> MOTION : Samford moved to approve the minutes of January 5 , 1999 . Hillsborough resident Tom Magnuson seeks the Commission 's endorsement of his <br /> proposal for the startup of the Trading Path Preservation Association. <br /> Magnuson discussed the Prospectus for the Startup of the Trading Path Preservation Association <br /> that he submitted. He stated that the rivers and the fords really define the infrastructure in the <br /> Piedmont.
