He welcomed Tom <br /> Magnuson and Judy Frank . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2 : CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> None . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #3 : APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> a . January 5 , 1999 <br /> MOTION : Samford moved to approve the minutes of January 5 , 1999 . Seconded by Rich. <br /> VOTE : Unanimous . <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4 : CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> Allison noted that the Toler House in Cedar Grove was lost to fire this past week . Belk stated <br /> that this is the second property that has been lost since being placed on the National Register , <br /> AGENDA ITEM #5 : CITIZEN ' S REPORT <br /> a. Hillsborough resident Tom Magnuson seeks the Commission 's endorsement of his <br /> proposal for the startup of the Trading Path Preservation Association. <br /> Magnuson discussed the Prospectus for the Startup of the Trading Path Preservation Association <br /> that he submitted. He stated that the rivers and the fords really define the infrastructure in the <br /> Piedmont. He noted that he would like for the HPC to put Faucette Mill on a list of projects that <br /> the County would take over. He discussed the rivers and fords in the area. He asked that the <br />
