We will meet in historic <br /> First Presbyterian Church and Old City Hall . The Hickory Landmarks Society will host dinner <br /> at Maple Grove , a wonderful ca . 1875 Italianate- style farmhouse . The owners of the Judge <br /> Councill House have invited our group to tour this grand Queen Anne- style house being <br /> renovated as a bed- and-breakfast inn . On Saturday afternoon, the Catawba County Historical <br /> Association will host a guided bus tour of some of Catawba County ' s National Register <br /> properties , including Bunker Hill Covered Bridge ( ca . 1895 ) and Old St . Paul ' s Church and <br /> Cemetery ( ca . 1818) , which features a log church with vernacular exterior and Federal- style <br /> interior . <br /> The registration brochures will be mailed out in January .
