Hourly rates, if needed for Architectural or engineering shall be as follows: <br /> Architectural: <br /> Principal $ 175/hour <br /> Project Manager $ 150/hour <br /> Architect $ 130/hour <br /> Project Designer $ 110/hour <br /> Administration $ 75/hour <br /> Engineering: <br /> Principal $ 175/hour <br /> Project Manager $ 150/hour <br /> Senior Engineer $ 150/hour <br /> Engineer $ 125/hour <br /> Senior Designer $ 125/hour <br /> Designer $ 110/hour <br /> CAD $ 75/hour <br /> Administration $ 65/hour <br /> NOT INCLUDED WITHIN PROPOSED FEE <br /> See attachments to the proposals and contracts, per the original Purchase Oder#1801181-00,dated <br /> December 7, 2017. <br /> REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> Reimbursable expenses include, but may not be limited to, all review and permit fees, overnight postage, <br /> mileage, and reproduction and printing costs.
