Service Agreement <br />Keynote Systems Thinking Workshop Session <br /> <br />Orange County Commissioners Board <br />Annual Retreat <br />Jan 24, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />This service agreement is agreed upon as of date of last signature below between <br />Board of Orange County Commissioners and Michael Goodman. Both parties agree to <br />the following: <br /> <br />1. Statement of Work <br />Michael Goodman will work with the retreat planning committee to customize a 4- <br />hour keynote workshop focused on systems thinking for the Commissioners that <br />will be held on January 24, 2020 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Mr. Goodman will <br />also provide a participant workbook (e-file that can be printed and/or distributed <br />electronically) and a pre-read article. <br /> <br />2. Project Budget <br />The Orange County Commissioners Board will pay Michael Goodman $5,000 for <br />the work plus all travel related expenses, the latter of which will be invoiced after <br />the event. The Board will pay a 20% deposit of the budget ($1,000) 60 days prior <br />to the event.
