6 <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE 2001- 2002 ANNUAL <br />UPDATE TO THE 2000 - 2005 CONSOLIDATED PLAN <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners authorizes the <br />submission of the 2001 - 2002 Annual Update to the 2000 - 2005 Consolidated Plan to the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development for the County's Housing and Community <br />Development Programs including all understandings, assurances, and certifications required <br />therein by May 15, 2001. <br />SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager is hereby designated as the authorized <br />.representative of the County to act in connection with submittal of a Consolidated Plan to <br />provide such additional information as maybe required. <br />This the 1st day of May, 2001. <br />
